The median home sales price of existing single-family homes rose across the greater Sacramento area, including Yolo County, compared with the same month last year. The median sales price was up nearly 6% in 2018 compared to February 2017. CoreLogic, a real estate tracking firm noted that the median sales price was up in Yolo, Placer, El Dorado, and Sacramento counties as well, yet still short of the median prices in 2005 during the housing bubble.
The increase in median home price could mean it's time to cash out on your real estate investments or look to downsize. The limited supply of houses in Davis also adds intrigue as you may be able to sell your home at a premium.
